The First Step to Cure Acne is to Understand Why it is Caused
If you want to cure your acne you have to first understand what causes your acne. Only by understanding the true cause of your acne will you be able to find a complete and permanent solution to your acne. If you fail to understand what actually is causing your acne you’ll never be able to be rid of them. This is one ultimate truth that no doctor will ever tell you. But if you do understand what actually is responsible for your acne you’ll automatically understand why all those creams, ointments medications failed to cure your acne. And the truth will also help you find the permanent cure to your acne.
Let Us First Understand What Does Not Cause Acne
Your doctor may say it again and again your friends might tell you the same but your clogged pores are not causing your acne. Neither are acne caused by acne bacteria nor is vitamin b5 deficiency responsible for it, not does wrong food items cause acne. If these were true then everyone would have been suffering from acne. But we all know that is not the case. Everyone does not suffer from acne. Acne is caused by some deep rooted internal factors and to cure acne you have to tackle these internal factors. There is a difference between symptoms of a disease and the root cause of a disease. You have to understand the difference between medications that only address and try to cover up the symptoms of the problem and one that targets and eliminates the root causes of the problem.
There are Three Main Factors that Cause Acne
After researching for a permanent cure for acne I have been able to find the true cause of acne . In fact there are three specific factors that cause acne. Acne are caused by hormone imbalance, the build up of toxins in the body and a genetic sensitivity of the sebum glands to this hormonal imbalance.
Let us first study the first factor. Our body uses the hormones to interact among the various internal organs. Testosterone a kind of androgenic hormone tells our sebum glands how much sebum or oil it needs to secrete. Where there is the right hormonal balance, the sebum glands produce just exact amount of oil required to keep our skin soft, moisturized and elastic. But with hormonal imbalance the sebum glands start producing excessive amounts of oil.
The question that will of course pop in your mind is why only some teenagers suffer from acne when the hormone imbalance is common in all. You’ll find the answer to this question in the second factor.
Toxins tart accumulating in our body when our elimination organs i.e. the liver, skin, bowels etc fail to expel the toxics that we come into contact with in the air, food and drinks. These toxins start to accumulate in our lymph and blood stream.
Only when a particular toxic element comes in contact with the excess sebum produced by our sebum glands does the perfect environment for acne bacteria is produced. Then the formation of acne takes place with its redness of skin, swelling and pus. This is the reason why just by killing the acne bacteria you won’t be able to cure your acne completely, because as long as the toxin and excess sebum is present in the body the acne bacteria will keep coming back.
But then the next question comes, there are o many people who are suffering from hormonal imbalance due to stress, puberty or whatsoever and have accumulated toxins in their body due to wrong diet etc but still they are not afflicted with acne. Why?
The answer to this question is hidden in the third factor, which is a genetic sensitivity of the sebum glands towards the hormonal imbalance. Only when you are suffering from this particular genetic tendency will your sebum glands start producing excessive sebum if you are suffering from hormonal imbalance. People who do not have this genetic tendency don’t suffer from acne.
Weak Liver does not Cause Acne (The Actual Difference between Acne Sufferers and People With Clear Skin is Something Else)
Liver is of course a very important elimination organ. And it is responsible for expelling used hormones and toxic elements from the body. It thus helps the body to maintain the right hormonal balance but it is not what causes acne.
Of course if your liver is not functioning properly it sort of contributes to the impending hormonal imbalance and also the accumulation of toxic elements in the blood stream and lymph. But this can not lead to acne in people who do not suffer from the genetic sensitivity even if their liver is weak.
The difference between us acne sufferers and people who have clear skin is not a strong or weak liver but this particular genetic sensitivity. They just do not have this genetic tendency that we have.
The conclusion: The actual cause of any kind of acne; be it female monthly acne, adult acne or teen acne is the same: hormonal imbalance, accumulation of toxins in the body and the genetic sensitivity of the sebum glands to hormonal imbalance.
Learn How to Tackle this Root Cause
As we cannot do anything about our genetic behavior we have to maintain the right hormonal balance and keep our system clear of toxins. Just having a strong liver will only solve a small part of the problem. Since hormonal imbalance and toxic build ups are triggered by various internal and external causes you need an honest treatment that not takes care of the internal factors but also tackles the external factors that lead to acne. Only then will you be able to cure your acne completely and permanently.
