For most teenagers, acne breakouts can ruin their social standing in school. Most often, teenagers with acne are mocked and ridiculed. So rather than treating the problem, it is wiser to prevent acne from appearing in the first place.

Your skin will also get dehydrated if you expose it too long under the heat of the sun. However, if you can’t prevent sun exposure, put on moisturizing cream or lotion.
Lastly, free your mind from stress and anxiety. Otherwise, you will be more susceptible to acne breakout. Though scientists can’t prove this statement, stress-free life is always the best way to start and live a healthier lifestyle.
